Our restaurant uses a strict Organic Diet. We don't use GMO ( GMO stands for genetically modified organisms which is a laboratory process of taking genes from one species and inserting them into another in an attempt to obtain a desired trait or characteristic.), its free of pesticides (or other synthetic chemical). High levels of pesticides  can kill or poison people. Lower levels of pesticides may cause cancers. And some, in much smaller amounts (just a few parts per trillion – 1,000,000,000,000!) can cause damage to a developing child's intelligence. Also, buying organic foods from us support local farms around the area. We also donate 10% of our profit to food banks and organizations that help people around the world! HELP SPREAD THE WORD!
